What if I cancel my delivery at the last minute?
If you cancel on the day of delivery or within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery, a £99 delivery charge may apply. A further delivery may bring the total to £149. Read our Return policy
What happens if the sofa doesn't fit?
If delivery cannot be completed because the sofa cannot fit through the available access, a £99 failed delivery charge may apply. If another delivery is required, the total charge may be £149. Read our Return policy
What if my sofa arrives damaged?
Please inspect your sofa on delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery team where possible. If you discover damage or a fault afterwards, contact us as soon as possible.
