What is the delivery fee?
All first-time deliveries are free. Charges may apply for cancellations within 24 hours, items that cannot fit through the entrance, and redeliveries.
What if I change my mind?
If you purchase online, you generally have 14 days from receiving your sofa to cancel your order. Once you cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the sofa. As sofas are bulky items, return/collection costs apply. Read our Return policy
What if I cancel my delivery at the last minute?
If you cancel on the day of delivery or within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery, a £99 delivery charge may apply. A further delivery may bring the total to £149. Read our Return policy
What happens if the sofa doesn't fit?
If delivery cannot be completed because the sofa cannot fit through the available access, a £99 failed delivery charge may apply. If another delivery is required, the total charge may be £149. Read our Return policy
What if my sofa arrives damaged?
Please inspect your sofa on delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery team where possible. If you discover damage or a fault afterwards, contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not lost simply because you did not notice the issue immediately. Read our Return policy
Does my sofa have a warranty?
Where stated on the product page, the sofa comes with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Read our Return policy
